Today I had to reschedule my appointment. That I scheduled around Apirl-May.

Due to another client who was using same hair removal device going over thier time. I had already waited 30mins for my appointment. Its also unprofessional to ask me to wait an another 35mins till that client was done. Meaning I would wait an hour to be seen when I came on time for the appointment.

Not ok. Now I have to wait till August for next appointment . When I have to give 24hours heads up to cancel appointment. But your not sure on how long the time will take with clients why are you booking appointments .

It only takes less then 15min for my appointment. If thats was case I should have went before her. Why should I have to reschedule because you can't time manage between clients. This is the second time I have been disappointed with service.

The first was after my last visit.

That was the first time I broke out after a year of using this treatment. It looked like I had burn marks on face.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Fix the problem times shouldn't be overlapping. Have at least two machines so this doesn't happen again. Use common sense I booked my appointment months ago. If clients times are running into other. Don't schedule them same day. .
