You went bankrupt and didn't have the decency to refund me my money that I paid for a total of 8 sessions of laser hair removal treatment! I have only received 4 treatments.
I'm told by Contour Aesthetics that took over your Nanuet location that I have to buy something with them in order to continue with my remaining laser hair removal treatments that I paid you for in full. Are you guys insane? This is absolutely illegal.
Either refund me for my remaining sessions or have Contour Aesthetics honor them without them forcing me to buy something new with them. Reply ASAP!

This is the most unprofessional greedy business I've ever experienced in my life. The customer service woman I talked to acted like she didn't know how to help me. I pretty much got robbed. It's only $170, and they refuse to refund.
I will be seeking legal action now because BBB has similar clients who reported the same issue. They truly stole from me.

I called him to request a refund for services that they didn't do, and of course, you said that phone calls cannot be complete. Nobody's answering on that phone number.

My experience with the former Ideal Image in Henderson, NV was worthless! It's now called Orange Twist but with the same management and same staff.
My feeling is this was due to all of the complaints under the original name. I was convinced by the manager that CoolSculpting was a wonderful investment if I wanted to lose stubborn fat and see noticeable body contouring. This fat freezing treatment cost me a total waste of almost $4,000. I was told to have the procedure on my abdomen, flanks (love handles), and the under-bra area.
But the before and after pictures clearly did not show any visible change. I complained to the manager that, after spending thousands of dollars, suffering through hours of painful treatments, and following up with uncomfortable days and nights wrapped in the recommended belly band, the procedure didn't work. Her solution was to sell me more treatments. When I persisted, I was first told that the contract was equivocal about whether the treatment would work.
When I tried to file a complaint with Ideal Image, the company claimed that they had sold the location, although neither the people nor the equipment had changed; and that the new owner had assumed responsibility for any claims. To the contrary, the same manager who previously worked for Ideal Image and now worked for the new company disavowed any responsibility and referred me back to Ideal Image.
I strongly urge anyone considering the much-hyped 'magic' of CoolSculpting treatment, in the belief that it will actually reduce fat, to read the disclaimer in the contract before signing, and understand that the company, whatever its name, selling the proprietary process will not take responsibility for the lack of results. Making an appointment
- I couldn't reach them despite calling every number they gave.
- They should refund for four unused treatments; they disappeared without notice.
I tried every number they used to call me and I didn't get nobody. Either they give me some of the money back because I have 4 treatment left that I didn't do, and they just disappear without a notice or something.

I spoke with the location where I got the treatment, and they were so rude, talking about how I have lean A and not lean C (I don't even know what that means). Because the photos I was shown before signing up are totally different from what I am seeing.

I am requesting immediate cancellation of my contract and a full refund due to the clinic's refusal to provide services.
On my recent visit, I was refused treatment, my next appointment was canceled without anyone speaking to me, and I was banned without cause. I had already scheduled my next appointment for Saturday, but it was canceled by the clinic, not by me. I wrote to the manager only after I was refused service, not before.
Because Ideal Image refused service and banned me, the company made it impossible to perform the contract, which is a breach on the company's part, not mine. I am therefore requesting immediate termination of the agreement and a full refund.
Please confirm cancellation and refund in writing.

The rep, Tara Carrico, promised that a procedure would be completed within a month and a half (before our trip out of the country), which we discussed with her numerous times before signing the agreement.
She contacted us daily for a week through calls and texts until my
spouse and I finally signed the agreement. However, after we made the payment, Tara disappeared and stopped responding.
I attempted to schedule the service but was referred back and forth between two locations, with each one providing conflicting information. Eventually, I managed to schedule the service, but they randomly changed the date to a day and time I could not accommodate. Even worse, when I arrived for the
originally scheduled service, a rude receptionist at Winston-Salem, NC, told me she would gladly issue a refund. After multiple texts and
calls to my sales representative, Tara, who did not respond to any of them, I submitted a dispute with my bank.
On top of that, my spouse's procedure was canceled just 13 minutes before it was set to begin, and for unexplained
reasons. When my spouse requested a refund, they promptly sent a termination of agreement. In my case, I received a call from a representative named Abigail, who refused to disclose her last name. During the call, she bluntly lied about policies that are not part of any agreement we
signed, claimed that I cursed at her (though I only wished I had, considering her behavior), and refused to issue a refund simply because "she said so." I reminded her that these telephone conversations are recorded by her business, and she stated she couldn't care less because I can't do anything to them.
Its unacceptable for a business to operate in such a manner where one person receives a refund, and another does not based solely on someone's arbitrary "saying so". Abigail even mentioned that she would place me in collections for payments for services I have never received, again stating it was because "she says so." When I requested to speak to someone above Abigail, she refused.
This is an accurate depiction of their unprofessionalism. I asked Abigail at least six times to process a refund for the services that were never rendered, but she simply said no, because thats how she feels.

They're selling practices are very shady. They bombarded your text messages with sales.
If you call the 800 number, you get a nurse and then when you go to the clinic, they talk bad about the online nurses. The clinics in-person state you should call them so that way they can ensure you are buying the correct package and scheduling the correct appointment. I initially reached out to Ideal Image for CoolSculpting and there are no refunds. You buy the package and you have to use the package.
Since purchasing with them over 18 months, they have revamped their initial CoolSculpting and I was informed that my initial package does not cover the new machines. So more money has to be spent. Also, when responding to a text and calling the clinic, I'm told that yes, they can provide the services.
Yes, all services can be done at one time and come to find out, no, that's not the case. So after buying the packages, you are unable to proceed with what you purchased.

I have tox doen and it was the worst I have ever had in 15yrs. I fpund out the girl had only been doing it one month.
She told me she had to go mix up more product. My face is a mess I paid for 2 lazer treatments i fo not want to do, since i have no confidence in this location.
I want to have my attorney review and i will, if not resolved l, let everyone see my results. I have taken video and picturs for the past 2 plus weeks.

- CoolSculpting is a scam with dishonesty at the first consultation.
Half of their services are useless. They prey on the insecurities of women, get them to pay them a bunch of money up front then give you services that do nothing for your appearance.
They don't offer additional treatment if you're unsatisfied with your results, they just blame it on you and suggest that you pay another several grand for a second-go at the treatment. I'll be more specific and call out their coolsculpting service for being a scam. I even noticed some dishonesty from my first consultation with them, I should have listened to my gut and ditched them.
The more invasive procedure you're weighing between cool-sculpting is the better option. You can give cool-sculpting a shot but you'll end up going to your second option anyway, so at least save yourself a couple grand.

I have been trying to get answers for why i was told a certain amount of times i come in for my cool sculpting wasnt honored. I was told i would be coming in 4 times and after the 3rd time the manager said i had no more sessions.
Since she ended up coming back on the phone with a quote for more i figured she wasnt understanding me. Finally customer service figured it out but im very frustrated that it was so confusing and still feel like i got shorted a session for what i paid.

I am extremely frustrated with Ideal Image due to their repeated cancellations of my appointments without any prior notification. This has now happened three times in a row, and it's incredibly inconvenient.
Imagine putting in the effort to travel to their location, only to be met with the disappointing news that your appointment has been canceled. On top of that, during my visits, Ive often been left sitting in the waiting area for over an hour before Im informed of the cancellation.
Additionally, I have had to use numbing cream three times unnecessarily, which I had to pay for out of pocket. I was also persuaded to purchase the lifetime touch-up plan, but shockingly, it expired before I even completed my sessions. When I inquired about renewing it, I was told to pay even more money.
Unfortunately, none of the treatments I received seemed to yield any benefits, and I felt that no one was genuinely invested in helping me achieve my desired results.
This experience has left me feeling that it's all a scam. I strongly advise against choosing Ideal Image for any treatments.
They clearly do not have enough staff to manage their appointments properly, and instead of prioritizing customer care, they appear to be focused on signing up more clients. It is crucial for them to either manage their appointments effectively or ensure they have the necessary staff to provide proper support to their customers.

- Corporate support was lacking and the North Haven location was uncaring; not recommended.
I was told I would never have to shave again before I even bought this contract. I did see some positive results, but not on all of the areas.
Andrea from the north haven, used to be able to make my experience worthwhile, but since she is no longer with the company. I was told to contact corporate for help. My provider Stephanie, had checked the areas and determined that I needed more treatment. she also note it on my profile, I called corporate, and I had a bad experience, she sounded indifferent and said there was nothing I could do for you.
Then she transfer me over to the North haven location, there was absolutely No caring, no customer value. I still shave every three weeks after spending thousands of dollars.
I would not recommend this experience to anyone. Corporate Can't deliver the promise results!!
Preferred solution: Bikini area, back and front & upper legs. I shave my Bikini area once a month, when selling these contact to clients, please do not imply, "you never have to shave again"!! You should be held accountable for the experience that I'm having.
