Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After I reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau and they contacted the company, I was issued a full refund.
It was $250 for a year. For the cost, I was to receive a free treatment (several options to choose from) and discounted prices on services. The most attractive to me was Botox for $8.90 per unit with no minimum. I was told that the membership would not be renewed without my consent.
When I went to use my free treatment at the office in Boca Raton, FL, I was told that the rep was wrong, and I couldnt get what we had discussed (Ultatherapy on the jawline). I had to get it in a different area instead
(around mouth).
After a few visits, I was told that the new price for Botox was $10, unless I was willing to purchase a large quantity, thus having my money tied up with them for a period of about 6 months. When I told them I had an agreement for one year, they said that didnt matter.
After the price increase, I found a new provider and tried to cancel my membership via their app and website, with no luck. I waited for a notice of renewal, but instead got a charge to my credit card of $299 (no notice was given about a price increase, and their contract small print says $250).
I called Boca to ask for a refund, and they said that they didnt have the power to issue a refund, and they gave me the number for Corporate.
When I called the number, I was automatically counted back to Boca. The girl I spoke with was as surprised as I was, and I tried the number another time with the same result. She did sum-mit my case to corporate though.
I received a call from Corporate, but I was not available when the call came through. They left a message and I called back that same day, but my call was never returned.
I did receive and email offering either credit to my account for future services, a free treatment (worthless) or a refund but minus a processing fee. I responded that I wanted a refund with no processing fee, and they never responded back.
I files a dispute with my credit card (DiscoverCard) that promises that I will never pay for unauthorized charge, and they found that Ideal Image was in the right and after an initial credit to my account, they sent them back the $299.
At this point I was defeated, so I decided that I would attempt to take advantage of my membership and make an appointment for a facial filler service. I was told that although I was a member, I was not allowed to make appointments because I had not paid. But we know that I DID pay, because DiscoverCard sent them the pay-ment.
Again, Boca Raton was unable to help me, and Corporate never called me. I went back to DiscoverCard, and they told me that my case was closed and they could do nothing.
So to sum it up, Ideal Image has my $299, I have a membership with them for a year, but I cant make an appointment with them.

LSpent $10k in treatments for laser hair removal and have resulted in even more hair growth in some areas which I disputed. I worked with the company as they suggested more treatments and nothing changed.
I received a call as well as an email confirming a claim resolution in the amount of $1,368.08 for the 2 areas of concern- email attached. When following up, I was told there are no funds for the claim and claim is denied- even though it was confirmed to be approved by the 2 clinics visited.
No concern for their clients or results. "No Guarentees" is what their response is. They advertise laser hair free services but do not guarantee anything after thousands of dollars spent and only to cause more hair growth where there was none initially in spots treated by their employees.
Emotionally distressed by the deception of this company and the lies being told regarding their services and my approved claim for a refund. Would not recommend this business to anyone since they do not care about their clients nor the claims they make and advertise regarding their services.
I've had to spend more money on resolving the hair growth issues from their laser than what initially was paid to the business. Buyer beware!

My daughter scheduled appointment at Illinois location to begin with and as she goes to college in Texas was told she could make appointments there. She was given 1 appointment in Illinois, the second appointment they went ahead and cancelled as machine had broken.
Finally she got another appointment sometime 2 weeks later. She was told that the pain should not last for more than few days. However her pain lasted for almost 1 1/2 to 2 weeks each time she got a session. She could not workout or exercise due to pain on her abdomen area.
When she went to college she tried getting appointments there she got 1 appointment that they called and cancelled . After that she tried calling them and no one answered the phone calls. She left voicemails , no one would return the call..ideal image is a total scam. They are misleading and deceiving people.
There is more pain for weeks where they cannot workout which was not revealed during consultation. In fact it is affecting their health. My daughter had to go to ER due to the pain , it was that severe. Even the ER bills including tests and overnight stay at hospital is a lot.
We are not financially strong so ended up taking a loan from the Financial institution that Ideal Image recommended.
There is no way we can continue with the service or pay the loan. Please consider to waive the remaining balance.
My daughters health is deteriorating and I hate to hire a lawyer and take that route. Refund full amount please.

I'm concerned that I could have damage on my upper abdomen from Cool Sculpting I received last year!
The first cycle was in mid Feb 2023 and the last cycle was preformed at the end of August 2023 in Springfield Mo! Im also not happy with my results and dont believe I was a good candidate for the procedure after all! had a zoom consultation that completely neglected to tell me that the 16 cycles that cost me $8000 was actually cut in half to 8 because of my size!!! There was absolutely no mention of size vs.
cycle until I was literally about to receive my first cycle in the office!!
have tried to remain optimistic while giving this time to heal & taking multiple pics of my journey. Id appreciate someone contacting me concerning some resolution in this matter!

Unethical Business Practices
I went for a free consultation in July for under eye fillers. After speaking with sales agent she convinced me that I need check filler not under eye filler because they do not offer it.
I took it a face value and we went over the money portion. I was quoted 1100 after a 75 coupon. At the end of the consultation the sales agent Heather Wallace said ok I just need you to sign saying I explained the process to you. I did so and left for vacation.
Imagine my surprise when I saw a reoccurring payment drawn from Ideal Image that I NEVER agreed to. I called and asked what was going on the only thing that was said to me was well you sign the contract. Huhhh! What contract the only thing I received was a email saying follow up treatment.
Nothing that said contact until I called and asked for a copy of it on 8/25/2023. They continued to withdraw money to the amount of $665. Which is over the amount that was due for the monthly and they are now trying to collect the deposit. For services I never agreed to have done.
This company is trash and they are SCAM artists. DO NOT go there they are con artists who lie and steal and then hide behind bs contracts I will be reporting them the BBB.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Ideal Image Customer Support did reach out to me to let me know they were responding to my review.
The representative was very sympathetic and apologetic. She took the time to hear me out about my complaints.
She will be escalating my complaint to upper management/Store Manager of location. Although I was declined credit or any other financial compensation I did feel heard.
Im officially making a complaint and wanting resolution for a recent visit for Xeomin treatment at Ideal Image located in Greenfield, WI.

I spoke with a Consultant on the phone and was offered the $100 Halloween discount. I agreed to the offer then we arranged an appointment for Wednesday November 15, 2023.

I arrived to my appointment, I was declined the $100 off offer.
They saw my consultation for the $100 off Halloween offer, I obviously had the arranged appointment and in addition they stated that now the $100 off Halloween Offer has expired. The Reception and Ideal Image Team stated the Consultant was supposed to have me prepay before the appointment and because she didnt, I would not receive the discount. They spoke very poorly about the Consultant Team, placing various blame towards the Consultant Team and stated they could not resolve the issue and proceeded to offer higher priced offers/packages that were available since the $100 Halloween Offer was no longer available/expired.
I was considerably displeased, I was not at the point where I required treatment yet and the Halloween Offer was the ONLY reason for making the appointment. I was highly dissatisfied with the ability for the Ideal Image Team to resolve an issue that was NOT my fault.
Respectfully, while I was speaking to the Team Member wanting resolution, she cut me off and stated Well, I have another Client I have to prep for so you can speak to the other girl and walked off leaving me standing there.
I was appalled, embarrassed, humiliated and felt extremely disregarded. Am I not a Client as well that deserves time?
Ive had a Membership and have been a Client with Ideal Image for 3 years now. While waiting for my treatment and after treatment, I endured condescending looks and whispers from the Ideal Image Team. My treatment that day cost me Double the anticipated price quoted to me by the Consultant as well as my self esteem.
By the time I left Ideal Image that day, I felt very insignificant/small and emotionally defeated.
I doubt I will ever receive resolution, respect nor an apology for a mess up that was NOT my fault in the least. Im hesitant with continuing Service at that particular location.
Please Help with resolution and renew my trust and confidence with the horrible service and treatment I endured.

And the next day Taylor called me. I AGAIN sent proof of the cancellation today so we will see.Oh and they also take 111.33...
This "membership" was not explained properly when i agreed to it and I followed the contract which it was my legal right to cancel within 3 days. I want a full refund. I did not receive any services and my requests have fallen on deaf ears. Including my emails and faxes as seen below.

NEVER, There is nothing this company can do to make get any service from them. They arrogant and treated me like a stupid.
On October 2, 2020, I entered into a service agreement with your company. Ideal Image offered me this service through a third-party financial service Ally Bank, So, I was financed by Ally Bank.
The agreement was for a term of 16 months for an under arms hair removal service. The cost for the service was $900. Also, I was offered by your agent a ONE TIME FEE of $250 for enrollment in the Ideal Image Lifetime Guarantee Program, which warrantees that I will get a special price if I need further service, after my contract ends. The treatment intervals were to be done in a range of 6 to 10 weeks, however, due to scheduling issues with Ideal Image the treatment was not completed within the contract period.
When I would call to make an appointment at the Buford Drive office, they repeatedly would tell me that they had no slots available within a reasonable amount of time. After my last phone call with Ideal Image and being mistreated, I decided never to get a service from you. I did not like your customer service and I was not happy with your services since your company lacked the ability to properly schedule my appointments for service.
On October 02, I financed my treatment with Ideal through Ally Bank. Ally Bank paid $1150 to Ideal Image for all the services that I purchased.
I did not owe Ideal Image any additional funds and my contract ended after a period of 16 months. When I first entered into the agreement, your company asked me for my credit card information as an excuse to have me on file in your system. I told them I dont have to provide that information since this service was a prepaid service. They assured me that they just needed it because otherwise they would not be able to schedule me an appointment because that is how the system was set up.
I trusted the agents word, and I gave Ideal Image my credit card just to keep on file as the agent assured me, but he (Ideal Image) was not given permission to use this card since the service was paid though a loan from Ally Bank.
In May 2022 and May 2023 Ideal Image illegally without any prior authorization charged my credit card in the amounts of $ 249.00 and $ 299.00. They did not contact me for prior authorization to use the card before they placed the charges on my card. At the time of the transaction, I did not have any business with Ideal Image, and I did not request any other services from your company. I had no balance due, and I never had a balance due with Ideal Image.
When I contacted your company about the unauthorized transactions, no one could give me any explanation and they said that I had a lifetime contract, which was far from the truth.
The only contract that I had with Ideal Image is one that was executed on October 2, 2020, which expired after 16 months. I have reviewed my contract and it does not mention any information about a membership or that this will be a yearly renewable fee. Even worse is that this fee will be on Autopay mode. This means that the contract with Ideal Image expired on February 2, 2022.
Ideal Image charged my credit card during a time when I did not have a contract with them. Your company has refused to credit the money back into my account and your employees have continued to commit financial transaction fraud by repeatedly unlawful use of my credit card without my authorization. Therefore, I demand Ideal Image to return my funds in the amount of $550.00 credited back to my account immediately.
I am attaching my contract with Ally bank, and they are already aware of this situation. I would also like to inform you that I will submit this case to the Customer Protection Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission and any other entities who need to know about this fraud and other illegal activity involving your agents and employees.
In addition to this fraud, Ideal Image had presented an expired contract to Bank of America to justify an illegal transaction. The repeated theft of my funds has caused me to experience severe emotional distress and pain and suffering. Your actions have disrupted my bank account and caused me to experience a range of financial issues as a result of your actions. Your company is clearly functioning as a criminal enterprise by obtaining the credit card information of customers based on a need that does not exist.
I will take this as far as I need to stop your actions of theft and racketeering.

They are really good at the up sell, but failed keep their end of the bargain. The first session went fine( no results after 3 months). However, it was near impossible to schedule the second. I would schedule, they would cancel the appointment, they would cancel.
Fed up after the 3rd cancellation, I asked for my money back. Well according to some contract, I can not get my money back. They offered other services, but why wold I ever go back.
